ABN required with Medicare Paps
Please note:
All Medicare Paps submitted to DPMG must have a copy of an Advance Beneficiary Notice of Noncoverage (ABN) signed and dated by the patient. Please send a copy of the signed ABN your office obtained from the patient at the time of her Pap screening visit.
If it is not attached, Medicare will deny payment to
DPMG, so please assist us by attaching these to your
Medicare Pap requisition forms.
