Grant M. Hayashi, M.D.

Dr. Hayashi joined DPMG in 2016. He received his medical degree from the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology followed by a fellowship in Surgical Pathology at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Hayashi also completed a fellowship in Gastrointestinal Pathology and Surgical Pathology at the University of Washington. Dr. Hayashi is Board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

Jonathan Konopinski, M.D.

Dr. Konopinski joined DPMG in 2024. He received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas. Dr. Konopinski completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at George Washington University School of Medicine, Washington, DC. He completed a fellowship in Dermatopathology at University of Virginia Health System, Charlottesville, VA.
Dr. Konopinski is Board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Dermatopathology.

Mary E. Keohane, M.D.

Dr. Keohane joined DPMG in 2001. She obtained her medical degree at the University College, Cork, Ireland. She completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Mount Sinai Medical Center, N.Y., N.Y., and a fellowship in Surgical Pathology at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Keohane is Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

Ivan Klement, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Klement joined DPMG in 2014. He received his medical degree and Ph.D. in Pathobiology from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. He completed his residency in Anatomic Pathology and his fellowship in Neuropathology, Surgical Pathology and GI Pathology at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Klement is Board-certified in Anatomic Pathology and Neuropathology.
